Jeweler Offers New Tech Way to Buy Engagement Rings

Natick's H. Brandt Jewelers is making it easier for locals to find the perfect engagement ring for their sweethearts using a new app.

The app, available for iPhone, Android and Facebook, allows customers to search through an archive of options while rotating the rings in every direction to get a better look. You can view the ring on a human hand and even change the metal color. Photos can be easily sent to friends for approval and suggestions.

“Today’s bridal customers want everyone involved in the process of choosing a ring and they are used to sharing their every thought and memory in an instant on their mobile phone or their Facebook status. So, why not combine the two to make searching for an engagement ring a fun and memorable
experience for everyone?” said store owner Stew Brandt. “We hope these applications will help reach customers using the language they understand and use every day."
