The Natick Board of Selectmen also discuss purchasing land for the rail trail, and the FY2017 budget.

The Board of Selectmen this week address a lengthy agenda that includes converting land at 305 Eliot St. from agricultural to residential, the appointment of a special police officer, and granting a liquor license to the Lincoln Cafe.
The meeting, open to the public, and takes place in the Edward H. Dlott Meeting Room on Monday, Jan. 4, at 7 p.m.
