Lt. Gov. Polito To Speak at MetroWest Chamber of Commerce
Tickets are still available for the Chamber's luncheon event on Thursday, Oct. 1.

Lt. Governor Karyn Polito will address MetroWest Chamber of Commerce members on Thursday, Oct. 1, at an Exec-Connect Luncheon at the The Verve Crowne Plaza.
Lt. Gov. Polito addresses the administrations work with local communities in regards to the Building Stronger Communities Tour and the Community Compact signings.

The Baker-Polito administration has been working hard to strengthen partnerships between the local and state government. These contracts feature a best practice or best practices the city or town is seeking to accomplish with the support of the Baker-Polito Administration.
Framingham has not yet signed a compact, but Marlborough signed one in August.

Polito also will discuss the topics that Governor Baker addressed when he was in MetroWest last year. The topic of “making it easier to do business” within local communities and the Commonwealth.
She will also touch upon the ongoing issues around transportation, specifically the MBTA and the commuter rail plans.
Event starts at 11:45 a.m.
Cost is $30 for pre-registered Chamber members, $40 for pre-registered not-yet-memebers, and $40 for walk-ins.
