Morse Institute Library Book and Bake Sale

Come to the Morse Institute Library on Saturday, January 24 and Sunday, January 25 for the Friends of the Library Winter Book and Bake Sale! There are thousands of books on sale, including fiction, mystery, large print, romance, children’s, teens, specialty areas and much more. There will also be movies, puzzles and games on sale.

We’ll also be selling delicious baked goods prepared by our volunteers. Shop a wonderful selection of homemade cookies, cakes, brownies, muffins, breads, pies, jams, and jellies!

The Book and Bake Sale will take place on Saturday, January 24 from 9:30am-4:30pm, and Sunday, January 25 from 12pm-3pm at the Morse Institute Library - 14 East Central St, Natick, MA, 01760 [map]

All proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Morse Institute Library as they support library services like the museum passes, Speed Read collections, and adult and children’s programs. Thank you!

And if you’re looking for another way to support the Friends of the Library, consider volunteering your time to help make this sale a success! There are plenty of ways to get involved:

• Bake some goodies for the sale! We’re looking for cookies, mufins, cakes, brownies, pies, breads, jams, and jellies to offer at the Bake Sale. Just bring your items to the Morse Institute Library on Thursday, January 22 from 3-7pm.
• Contribute muscle power on Thursday, Jan. 22, from 3 – 7 p.m. to help move boxes into the sale room and set up the sale.
• Sign on as a helper during the sale itself: sign up for however long you can help on Saturday, Jan. 24, 9:30 am – 4 pm, or Sunday, Jan. 25 noon – 3 pm
• Help us pack up the sale on Sunday, Jan. 25, from 3 – 5 pm.
