Natick Avenu Complex Wins Development Award

National Development has received an award from Multifamily Executive (MFE) for Avenu at Natick, its new 62+ Active Adult apartment community. Avenu was the Grand Winner in the senior housing category and recognized for offering an alternative to traditional housing for the area’s aging baby boomer population.

Avenu opened in October 2019, offering resort-style amenities, community-based programming and specialty services far in excess of a traditional apartment building. The 164-unit community synthesizes trends and best practices from hospitality, fitness, culinary, senior housing and multifamily market segments to create a unique senior living community.
