Natick High Announces 2015 Wall of Achievement Inductees
The Wall of Achievement honors alumni for exceptional achievements and contributions to society.

Natick High School announced its selection of five alumni for induction to the Natick High School Wall of Achievement. The Wall of Achievement was established in 1996 to honor Natick High School alumni for their exceptional achievements and contributions to society, said the announcement.
Inductees are invited back to the campus to share their experiences and insights with current students. This program illustrates to students the importance of setting high educational and personal goals

Stephen Bishop ’57 had an illustrious 37 year career at Kimball Union Academy, one of the oldest boarding schools in the United States. At one time or another he served as a history instructor, dorm master, JV and head varsity baseball coach, President of the Cum Laude Society, athletic director, college advisor, Director of Studies, and Assistant Headmaster.
Dr. Beth S. Glass Gottlieb ’83 is Director, Division of Pediatric Rheumatology, and Director, Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Training at Cohen Children’s Medical Center of New York at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She is also Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine.

Tod Lipka ’71 serves as President and CEO of Step Up on Second in Santa Monica, CA. Step Up is nationally recognized for delivering compassionate support to people experiencing serious mental illness to help them recover, stabilize, and integrate into the community.
Anna Flynn Monkiewicz ’37 received the Congressional Gold Medal for her service in the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP), recognizing her service during World War II, ferrying military fighter aircraft from factory to field.
John A. Themeli ’61 is the founder and CEO of Themeli Builders, a Holliston-based corporation which provides a full range of General Contracting and Construction Management services throughout New England
The Wall of Achievement Inductees and Lemaire Award recipients will all be honored at the NHS Wall of Achievement Dinner and Induction ceremony at the high school at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, Nov. 24. The public is invited to attend. For information on attending the dinner, visit the website.
