Natick Listed By Boston Magazine As One Of Top Places To Live
Natick was listed as the best place "for the social butterfly."
NATICK, MA- Natick was named the top place to live in 2019 "for the social butterfly" by Boston Magazine.
Boston Magazine added Natick to the list of "hidden gems" for the next generation of homeowners looking to buy a home outside of Boston.
Th town's Center for the Arts and the farmers market are listed as some of the outgoing reasons Natick is perfect for social people. Natick has a population of 36,246 according to the 2017 census with the majority of residents, 24.4 percent, being under 18.

"While century-old restaurants—and houses—are the norm here, there are also plenty of new-construction abodes for sale," the article reads. The median single-family price in Natick is listed as $625,000 with a property tax rate of $13.05. An 86-unit assisted-living facility near the center of town is currently being considered by the town's planning board.
