Natick Office Building Sold For $4M To Framingham Buyer

NATICK, MA — The office building at 5 Middlesex Rd. has been sold to a new owner for the first time since 1991.

First reported by the Worcester Business Journal, Framingham-based SVN | Parsons Commercial Group purchased the building for $4.15 million. The Town of Natick has assessed the building at over $3.8 million.

Omni Realty Trust purchased the property in 1991 for $2.1 million.

As for the space, 5 Commonwealth Rd. sits on a nearly 1.5 acre lot and has over 26,000 sq. ft. of office space, including 83 parking spaces.

The building was constructed in 1986.
