Natick People: Joseph Holihan, Ambassador For Project 351
Schools are collecting items for the military in tribute to 9-11.

NATICK, MA—Now a sophomore at Natick High School, Joseph Holihan was named the Natick Ambassador for Project 351 in eighth grade.
As he explains, Project 351 chooses 8th grade students to build strength in our communities through a passion for community service and others.
"My goal this year is to try an outreach program to get more younger people involved with kindness, compassion and service to others," said Holihan.

"My goal is that the first Wednesday of every month we will dedicate our time and efforts towards helping others in different areas through acts of service and kindness," said Holihan.

A few schools are collecting Wednesday for the military as a tribute to Sept. 11, but everyone in the town of Natick is welcome to participate.
"My hope is over the next months we will have more schools participating as well as the libraries," he said.
