NATICK, MA — It's not the most exciting event that happens annually in Natick, but it certainly isn't unimportant.

Town officials have scheduled the annual household hazardous waste collection event for May 6 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Department on Public Works, 75 West St.

There is a 300-car limit for the event, and the cost is $10 per car, according to officials. Tickets can be purchased in advance in two ways:

  1. "In person at the Health Dept. Office, 13 East Central St., 2nd Floor, either by cash or by check payable to the Town of Natick - you will be given your ticket at that time. OR
  2. With a check, by April 28th, either mail a check, or put a check into the 'drop box' to the right of the front door at Town Hall. Please address your envelope: Board of Health, 13 East Central St., and be sure to include your return US Mail address so we can mail your ticket and instructions. Do not send cash."

Tickets won't be sold on-site.
