Town Hall Office Hours

Town Hall offices will be open to the public beginning July 20, by appointment only. To make an appointment, contact the department you wish to visit directly by phone or email. Please refer to the Town of Natick website for a directory and contact information of Town Hall offices.

There is one exception, the Collector’s Office will be available for walk-in service for tax and bill payments beginning on Wednesday July 22 during normal business hours. We do encourage payments be made by mail, online, or placed in the dropbox slot next to the Town Hall front doors.

At this time, all other town buildings will remain closed to the public. The buildings are scheduled to be opened in phases in the coming weeks and months. Please visit the Town of Natick website for updates.
