Natick's Roche Brothers Participates In Boston Bakes For Breast Cancer
Roche Brothers joins several establishments across the state to raise money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

NATICK, MA—Treat the women in your life and help out an important cause.
You can treat women to decadent desserts while also helping fight breast cancer during Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer from May 8 through Mother’s Day on May 14. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and ice cream shops throughout Massachusetts are participating in Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer, including Roche Brothers in Natick.
Roche Brothers will be selling their wonderful packages of chocolate chip cookies May 5-11.

Establishments have the option to designate all sales of one specific dessert or fifty-percent of proceeds from their entire dessert menu to support breast cancer care and research. Proceeds raised will benefit the nonprofit breast cancer organization Bakes for Breast Cancer. This year, this fundraiser supports the research of Dr. Shom Goel at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Goel’s research focuses on focuses on combining immunotherapy and a promising new class of drugs called CDK4/6 inhibitors to more effectively treat breast cancer
Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer was founded in 2000 by Carol Brownman Sneider in memory of her mother, Eva Brownman, who lost her battle with breast cancer. Since its inception the event has raised more than $1,000,000. The 18th Annual Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer is dedicated to the memory of Karen Gerry. Karen was the mother of our participants Daniel & Daniella Mammola of Pellana Steakhouse in Peabody and Daniella’s Café & Market in Danvers.
