Obituaries: Bill O'Leary, Grace Battaglioli
Natick has lost a war veteran and a great-grandmother.

William L. “Bill” O’Leary, 81, died June 15. He enlisted in the Army Air Corps at the age of 15, serving in the Pacific during WWII, and in Korea with the USAF. After his military service, he spent his career as a metal sheet worker. He leaves his wife of 56 years, Lois, and their 10 children and 17 grandchildren. He was buried with military honors on Monday in , South Natick. Grace (Piro) Battaglioli, 95, died June 13. Raised in Somerville, she excelled as a sportswoman, playing tennis, basketball, and field hockey. After her graduation in 1934, she married Bruno Battaglioli, with whom she shared 62 years of marriage until his death in 2001. She leaves four children, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
