Obituaries: Jarmila Sojkova, Raymond Leavitt
Natick has lost 2 who left their mark on their adopted hometown.

Jarmila Sojkova, 43, died December 17. Born in Slovakia, she had lived in Natick for 13 years. She was a teacher in the Wellesley school system and volunteered as a CCD teacher for St. Patrick.
She is survived by her husband Stefan, and children Stefan (Alex) and Victoria. She was buried in St. Patrick Cemetery on December 20.

Raymond J. Leavitt, 90, died December 17. Born and raised in Boston, he had lived in Natick since 1969. He was a Navy veteran of WWII, and worked at the Boston Naval Shipyard for 32 years. After retirement, he was Natick school bus driver for many years.
He was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Mildred, and is survived by 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchilren. He was buried on December 20 in Glenwood Cemetery.
