Woman Killed in Natick Fire: UPDATE

A two-alarm fire broke out in Natick Saturday morning.

NATICK, MA -A woman who was in critical condition after a house fire in Natick Saturday morning has died, Middlesex County District Attorney said in a statement.

The fire started just before 8 a.m. on East Central Street, also known as Route 135. According to the DA, the resident of the home, Carol McCarthy, 73, of Natick was found unresponsive inside.

She was transported to Leonard Morse Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
