Pamela Steele Parker Joins Wellesley, Massachusetts Branch of Mortgage Network
Veteran mortgage expert says cooling prices and low rates spell opportunity for buyers

Pamela Steele Parker (NMLS #114462) has joined Mortgage Network Inc., one of the largest independent mortgage lenders, as a senior loan officer in the company’s Wellesley, Massachusetts office. Parker will be responsible for serving customers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Based in Danvers, Mortgage Network provides mortgage banking services in more than 20 states through a wide variety of retail offices built to fit each local market. Mortgage Network is more focused and agile than many larger competitors, which allows the company to provide a high level of service to its customers and its business and referral partners.
Parker brings to Mortgage Network 15 years of mortgage banking experience, having closed more than 2,800 loans in her career. Most recently, she served as a senior loan officer for Mortgage Master, a division of loanDepot. In addition, Parker has over 10 years’ experience in account management and commercial and residential real estate. She has served as a trustee on her condominium board and has experience owning and managing investment property. She is a graduate of Lesley University and lives in Natick, Massachusetts.

“While the local housing market in the Boston suburbs is still very strong, sales and home prices have cooled a little of late, which creates more opportunities for home buyers,” Parker said. “At the same time, residential mortgage rates are still very low by historical standards, so now is a great time to shop for a new home.”
