PHOTOS: Double Amputee Finishes Boston Marathon, and Hits The Bouncethon

The first ever below-the-knee amputee to finish the Boston Marathon also took time out to jump into the Bouncethon in Natick.

NATICK, MA — Jami Goldman was 19 when she was headed home from a ski trip in Arizona, getting trapped with a friend in a car during a snowstorm for 11 days. They were rescued, but after suffering frostbite on her toes, fingers, ears and toes, Goldman had to have both legs amputated below the knee.

Now Jami Goldman-Marseilles, she became the first female double below-the-knee amputee to run and finish the Boston Marathon.

Goldman-Marseilles stopped along the way to take part in the 19th annual Boston Bouncethon hosted by GravOxy Fitness in Natick at the Morse Tavern.
