Police Investigating Serious Rollover on Pike This Weekend
Two young children suffered injuries as the result of a single car crash in Natick this weekend.

NATICK, MA—Police are investigating an accident on Sunday in Natick that sent two young children to the hospital with serious injuries.
On Aug. 27 around 12:53 p.m., State Police responded to a single vehicle roll over crash on Route 90 East by the 116 mile marker near exit 13 in Natick.
State police say a 2009 Range Rover was traveling eastbound in the right travel lane, when for reasons still under investigation, the vehicle lost control and rolled over into a gully adjacent to the roadway.

There were five people in the Rover; two adults and three children. Two young girls - 11 and 5 - suffered serious injuries and were brought to the Tufts Medical Center by Life Flight. The two adults and the third child were not injured.
The facts and circumstances of the crash remain under investigation by troopers from the Weston Barracks. Framingham Fire and EMS, as well two Life Flight helicopters assisted on scene.

All lanes on the Pike and the ramps to exit 13 were closed in both directions from 1:25 to 1:46 p.m.
