Unless you're a mechanic or otherwise know a great deal about cars, taking your vehicle in to get serviced can be a confusing process. In the Natick area, there are plenty of places to get anything from an oil change to new tires, brakes or a catalytic converter. How do you choose?

on East Central Street, which provides routine maintenance and repairs, earned a stellar review on Patch from one reader. Here's an excerpt: "If you are like me and don't know much about cars, you always feel like the garage is selling you something you don't need and overcharging you to rub it in. Oh how they must laugh at us when we leave. I never feel that way with Doug. He treats you like your dad would. He'll tell you what must be fixed because it is a safety issue."
