Road Collapse In Natick After Water Main Break: Town
A one-mile stretch of Speen Street was closed Tuesday afternoon due to the incident.

NATICK, MA — A long stretch of Speen Street was closed Tuesday afternoon due to a water main break that had damaged the roadway.
Near 1:30 p.m., the Natick Emergency Operations Center said part of Speen Street had collapsed due to the break. The road was closed between Hartford Street and Route 135/West Central Street — about a one-mile distance.
The town was detouring traffic around the incident via Mill Street, which runs north to south between Speen and Hartford just west of Speen.
