Volunteers Needed For Army Researchers' Head Injury Study
Study subjects are needed for research in head injury.

NATICK, MA—Researchers from the US Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) in Natick are looking for volunteers for a research study investigating the cognitive effects of mild traumatic brain injury.
According to the announcement, this study uses a combination of computer administered and paper and pencil tests to look at the short term and longer term effects of head injury on various cognitive functions and abilities, such as memory, attention, and problem solving.

• Be given tests of attention, memory, concentration and problem solving.
• Fill out questionnaires related to your general health, sleep patterns and daily activities or routines
You may be eligible to participate if you:

• Are age 23-35
• In good health with no prior history of head injury (concussion)
The total time commitment for this study is 4 hours, divided across two, 2-hour sessions, 30 days apart.
Compensation for time and travel may be available.
