'We've Had A Recent Influx Of Overdoses': Natick Police
Natick police warn residents that there has been an increase in overdoses, and one of those was a fatal fentanyl overdose.

NATICK, MA—Natick police are alerting residents that there has been an increase in overdoses in town, and one of those was a fatal fentanyl overdose.
One of the overdoses resulted in a death and the preliminary test came back positive for fentanyl, said police. The substance was submitted to state police for further testing.
According to data collected by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Natick had 1 opioid death in 2012, climbing to three in 2013. In 2014, that number rose to seven, followed by four in 2015, and three in 2016.
