When Can You Leave Out Your Yard Waste?

The DPW announced its spring 20156 curbside yard waste collection schedule.

Drum roll.

Yard waste will get picked up starting Tuesday, May 5, through Friday, May 15, on regular trash pickup days. Leave your trash, and yard waste, at the curb by 7 a.m.

Also, be sure the yard waste is in biodegradable bags or barrels.

Yard waste can also be dropped off at the recycling center throughout the year. Those hours are 8 a.m. to noon on Thursdays and Fridays, and 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
