Worcester Man Charged With 2nd OUI After Hitting Concrete Barrier
Natick police pulled over the Worcester man, who was allegedly failing to stay in the marked lanes, on April 15.

NATICK, MA—A Worcester man is facing his second OUI under the influence of alcohol charge after being pulled over in Natick after allegedly swerving and hitting a concrete barrier, said police.
At 6:41 p.m. on April 15, Michael Wisniak, 63, Sterling Street, Worcester, was arrested and charged with OUI (second offense) and marked lanes violation.
According to police, Wisniak was driving his 2007 BMW west on the off ramp from Worcester Street eastbound to Worcester Street westbound when he failed to stay within his lane and struck a concrete barrier on the right side of his car.

The defendant submitted to field sobriety tests and subsequently failed all field sobriety tests provided, said police.
