Hospital leaders outlined plans for a new ambulatory care building, expanded specialty services, and upcoming zoning and state reviews that could reshape medical access and traffic patterns in Needham's Chestnut Street area.
   

• Virtual golf tees off with Planning Board (needhamobserver.com) — Needham's Planning Board has unanimously approved the Hickory Club, a private indoor golf facility planned for Kendrick Street that will feature simulators, coaching, spa amenities, and a bar. After addressing concerns about parking, alcohol use, and zoning definitions, the project now heads to the Select Board for a liquor license, promising a new year-round recreation option for residents and nearby communities.
