As the 2026-27 Speech and Debate season kicks off, the Needham High School chapter of the National Speech and Debate Association, a national honor society, is pleased to announce the following Academic All-Americans from the past school year.

New Head Coach Tyler Bates observed that
"We're proud of these students for displaying excellence both in the classroom and at the tournaments. All eight students model consistency, work ethic and leadership, and their impact on our program is difficult to quantify. We're proud of their achievements here, and wish Dan, Alex, Kalina, Lulu and Matias the best as they enter their college years."
