NEEDHAM, MA — Costumes, candy and plenty of fall festivities are taking over Needham today, as the town celebrates Halloween.
The morning gets off to a spooky start at 9:30 a.m. with Slightly Spooky Story Time at the Needham Public Library.
Kids will go door-to-door later on this evening.
