2-Alarm Fire Reported in Newton
Responding crews found a fire in the basement, the Newton Fire Department said.
NEWTON, MA â A two-alarm fire has been reported on Adella Avenue in Newton.
According to the Newton Fire Department, emergency crews responded to 19 Adella Ave. at 6:02 p.m. and found a fire in the basement.
The main body of the fire has been knocked down, and crews are working to extinguish flames that extended to the first floor, the department wrote on Twitter.
