NEWTON, MA — Three people were taken to the hospital after a car crashed into a golf course pro shop in West Newton over the weekend, according to a report from NBC10 Boston.
Newton police responded to Brae Burn Country Club on Fuller Street on Saturday after the vehicle crashed into the pro shop. The driver and two employees inside were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The crash damaged a wall of the building, which has since been boarded up. Police are still investigating the cause, though alcohol is not believed to have been a factor, and the incident does not appear to be criminal in nature.
