Tahyr Baramovacih Seyidov, 43, of Watertown was arrested around 9:43 p.m. after police were called to the area of Walnut and Washington streets for a report of an erratic driver. While en route, dispatchers told police that a grey Honda Accord was "all over the road" and approaching Walnut and Watertown streets. Officers observed the car take a right onto Watertown Street and stop against the curb across from the street. Police did not have to initiate a traffic stop. The driver attempted to exit the car and police ordered him to close the door. He attempted again to open it and police told him a second time to close it. As the officer approached the car he was overwhelmed by the smell of alcohol. Police determined that Seyidov was driving under the influence of alcohol and placed him under arrest.
