BRAVO PIZZERIA RTE 57 BUS, RTE 66 BUS 160 BRIGHTON AVE. ALLSTON

BRAVO PIZZERIA
A well chosen name.  The pizzeria portion of the name is a no brainer, this is a pizza shop, plus a lot of other great choices.  Calzones, Hot and Cold Subs, Wraps, including a selection of Appetizers, Vegetarian Wraps, Specialty Sandwiches running the gamut from a BLT to Breaded Eggplant.  The Dinners include items like Ravioli, Stuffed Shells, Eggplant of Chicken Parm, and Baked Ziti and Meatballs. For dessert they have Ice Cream (and mix-ins), They also have a large catering menu.
But we are digressing from the original purpose of this Blog.  Can they do an inexpensive lunch?  Well, just let me say, BRAVO PIZZERIA. Bravo does a number of slice combos all with a can of soda.   2 slices of Siicilian Pizza (thick and rectangle) with the soda are $5.00.  2 slices, regular (wedge shaped, thinner crust) are also $5.00.  2 slices Pepperoni and soda will run you $5.50.  2 slices of vegetarian pizza (wedge) will go for $6.25 and it reaches a high of $6.75 for a slice and a small salad.  I have been there a few times, getting the Sici9lian or regular pizzas and a soda.  The owner is friendly, takes a personal interest in all his customers, asking them if they enjoyed whatever they had, etc.  Oh, remember back at the beginning where I said the name was appropiate?  BRAVO PIZZERIA, says it all.
