Intro to Suzuki Philosophy (also known as Filosofía) is a widely popular course that takes a deep dive into Shinichi Suzuki’s philosophy and the methodology underlying its practice. This course fulfills the prerequisites for formal Suzuki Teacher Training in lieu of Every Child Can! Music educators and parents of young musicians will find this course especially useful, but anyone interested in holistic childcare and education will discover plenty of inspiring ideas to take with them. Join us if you are interested in a comprehensive, in-depth exploration of Suzuki’s character-centered approach to life and teaching!
Date/times: 6 Mondays from April 6th through May 18th (excepting 4/20), from 9:30AM - 1:30PM.
Location: In-person at the Suzuki School of Newton (1615 Beacon St, Waban MA), or remote via Zoom
