Cyndi Levine Joins Hammond Residential Lexington Team

Agent joins experienced team in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Mass. (December 17, 2014) - Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Lexington, Concord and Winchester offices, is pleased to announce that agent Cyndi Levine has affiliated with Hammond and will be collaborating with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s office located at 1775 Massachusetts Avenue.

Levine is a longtime Lexington resident, where she resides with her husband Ben, an orthopedic surgeon, and their four daughters, all of whom have attended the public schools. Active within the community, she also coordinates, organizes, and manages a service trip to the Dominican Republic alongside her husband, where they tend to those in need at a clinic in Barahona. In her spare time, Levine enjoys travelling with her family and scuba diving together.

As a Hammond agent, Levine draws upon her twenty years of experience as an operating room nurse when working with her clients, helping them to achieve their real estate goals. She has spent her life caring for people, establishing relationships, and advocating for individuals when they could not advocate for themselves. These qualities are the cornerstone of her success as a real estate agent.

Levine knows the importance of making a financially sound investment and creating a place to call home, as she has experienced all sides of a real estate transaction, having sold, purchased, and completed total restorations of her own properties. This has enhanced her understanding of a client’s perspective through the different phases of a real estate transaction, and she is eager to help other families and individuals experience and enjoy the same opportunities that she has.

Manager Kurt Meehan said, “Cyndi is a welcome addition to Hammond’s team. Her knowledge of Lexington and the surrounding communities, in addition to her exceptional management and communication skills, greatly benefit her clients as they contemplate the purchase or sale of a home. We anticipate that Cyndi will have a successful future as a Hammond agent, resulting from her use of Hammond’s unique marketing platform and abundance of market knowledge.”
