DUMPSTER VIOLATION AND CAUSE FOR ,,,,, DEATH

 A PLEA FOR DUMPSTER VIOLATIONS GOES UNHEARD BY THE MAYOR OF NEWTON.....a few years back Chief Laceoix begged for extra funds for dumpster violation.....how many dumpster CITATIONS violations under setti warren?  how may times has the towers of chestnut hill been cited for ongoing violations?  

WHAT WILL IT TAKE SETTI WARREN?  HOW MANY SENIORS WILL DIE FROM SMOKE IN A STORAGE AREA FILLED WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR A DISASTER?
HAS NEWTON PATCH CHECKED THE NUMBER OF DUMPSTER VIOLATION?.....WE ARE TALKING MAJOR PUBLIC SAFETY!    WILL IT TAKE A DEATH?  UNPROF
