Emma Kruskal Joins Hammond Residential Real Estate Chestnut Hill Office
Agent will collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond's 826 Boylston Street location

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. (May 10, 2016) – Jim Nemetz, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Chestnut Hill office, is pleased to announce that Emma Kruskal has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Kruskal will collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Chestnut Hill office location at 826 Boylston Street.
In her new role as a Hammond agent, Kruskal draws upon her extensive buying, sales, and marketing experience, which she developed while working for over eight years in the retail industry. Most recently she worked at the much-loved Boston-based City Sports, where she managed the footwear purchasing activities for the company’s twenty-seven stores and online business.
After purchasing a condominium in Brighton, Kruskal decided to transfer her strengths into a career in real estate, where she is focused on using her background, along with her negotiations and people skills, to help buyers and sellers enjoy a successful and rewarding real estate experience. Her familiarity with the area, along with her ability to listen to her clients’ needs, are the cornerstones of her success.
