Author Dale Stanten to Discuss the Hooker's Daughter

Local author Dale Stanten will discuss her book, The Hooker’s Daughter: A Boston Family’s Saga, on Wednesday, November 2 at 10am at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC (333 Nahanton Street, Newton). A true story of survival, The Hooker’s Daughter takes place in 1950s Boston. Driven by a strong will and punctuated by illegal behaviors, the author examines her unconditional love for her mother, going beyond the socially acceptable and identifying the universal. The program is a Ryna Greenbaum JCC Boston Jewish Book Fair event. No charge. Visit jccgb.org/bookfair or contact arts@jccgb.org or 617 558 6483 for more information.
