The Biltmore is teaming up with Brooklyn Brewery for a special five-course beer and food pairing from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on March 26th.
Chef Dan Lane has created the following inspired menu:
First course: Scallop ceviche with spicy avocado sauce paired with Brooklyn’s Local 1

Third Course: Mini version of house chicken and waffles with Mary’s Maple Porter

Fourth Course: Chipotle rubbed flank steak with house tater tots and chipotle – lime sauce paired with Brooklyn Blast!
Fifth Course: Dessert TBD with 2007 Monster Ale.
