Cooking with Dave from Sweet Basil

Savor the aroma, the ambiance, and the delectable dishes of one of Needham's most notable restaurants. Join Sweet Basil's Chef, Dave Becker, for a private tasting as he demonstrates his talents in the kitchen. On the menu: Sweet Pea Soup with Homemade Cavatelli pasta, and pulled Garlicky Chicken.  Enjoy a salad of Arugula and Watercress tossed with a Green Tomato Vinaigrette and warmed Fingerlings, as well as Madeira glazed Lamb Chops with Sage and french Lentils.  Delight in ample portions to sample and recipes to take home. You'll be entertained, sated, and relaxed. Class will be held at Sweet Basil, 942 Great Plain Avenue, Needham. All food fees are included in the tuition.
