"Let's Hear it for the Girls" with The Urban Grape and LUPEC

March is Women’s History Month, so who better to invite to The Urban Grape than the ladies of LUPEC (Ladies United for the Preservation of Endangered Cocktails). Their motto? Dismantling the patriarchy…one drink at a time! Hosting the event are two of LUPEC’s finest, Kirsten Amann, the founding member of LUPEC-Boston, and Joy Richard, the Bar and Beverage Manager of Citizen Public House & Oyster Bar.

LUPEC and the Urban Grape will take a serious look at the role of women in the beverage industry, all while tasting wine, sake and spirits made by companies with women at the helm. Citizen Public House’s Executive Chef Brian Reyelt will be on hand with a variety of small plates that will pair perfectly with drinks throughout the evening.
