Mount Mary festival is mostly known as Bandra fair as in september of every year it is held at Bandra in Mumbai. It is organized at the Mount Mary Basilica to venerate Mother Mary. It is eight days fair which is celebrated by all the peoples with full of zeal and enthusiasm. This festival is particularly celebrated by Christian peopels , but lacs of Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and other religion's peoples visites this fair. During the Bandra Fair, the entire area of Mount Mary Church is decorated with festoons and buntings. Many stalls selling religious objects and sweet items. The giant-wheel, sea-on-land and other game stalls are patronized by all kind of age groups. On every year this festival is organized and celebrated with full of enjoyment and togetherness.
