Artists from Congregation Shir Hadash are joined this year by artists from the Lutheran Church of the Newtons: A dozen talented fine artists and craftspeople! New Song Art Coop's core artists are members of Shir Hadash, a Jewish Reconstructionist congregation based in Newton, MA. Our work is mainly general in theme rather than Judaic.

"Shir Hadash" is Hebrew for "New Song." Reconstructionist Judaism is a progressive, contemporary approach to Jewish life.
