Over 55 Day Trip: Red Lion Inn and Norman Rockwell Museum

Those over 55, join the Parks and Recreation Department for a day trip to the Red Lion Inn and the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Mass.

This year’s fall foliage trip will go to the Berkshires and the historic Red Lion Inn, which has been welcoming travelers for more than two centuries and is a charter member of Historic Hotels of America.  Explore Main Street, the Inn’s gift shop and the Country Curtains outlet before enjoying a luncheon in the main dining room. After lunch, head to the Norman Rockwell Museum, which houses the world’s largest collection of Rockwell’s work, including 574 original paintings and drawings.
