The Art of Israeli Brunch

Welcome! ("Bruchim Haba'im!") to the flavors of Israel. Together we'll explore the beautiful colors and tastes of modern Israeli cuisine. Since Israel is a melting pot of many cultures--European, North African, and Mediterranean to name a few--we're going to prepare different foods and enjoy how all of these influences come together on the plate. Come savor an Israeli brunch, from light and flaky borekas filled with spinach and feta, to healthy vegetable salads like Moroccan Carrot Salad, Tabbouleh, and Marinated Eggplant. So taste, enjoy and B’teavon ("Bon Appetit")!  And don't forget to bring containers so you can take home samples to share with your friends and family! A materials fee of $15 is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
