Join noted author Helen Epstein at the Newton Free Library for a program titled Why We Read and Write Family History. She will discuss books-of-life writing including her own and help participants think about their own autobiographical projects.
Helen Epstein is the author of six books of literary non-fiction including the memoirs Children of the Holocaust and Where She Came From: A Daughter's Search for her Mother's History, which were both New York Times Notable Books of the Year.
