1. Beautiful Newtonville meeting. Beautiful Newtonville will hold a community meeting today at Cambridge Savings Bank on Walnut Street in Newtonville. The meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m., will include discussion on NewtonSERVES projects and a Newtonville Neighborhood Area Council. 

2. New business in town. Have you checked out the new Heartbreak Hill Running Company shop on Comm. Ave.? The shop opened up on April 6, just in time for the marathon. We spotted it recently while covering the marathon and thought we'd let you know! It's located at 638 Comm. Ave., where All Seasons Sports used to be, at the intersection with Centre Street. 

3. Go Lions! The girls' varsity lacrosse team will face Lincoln-Sudbury in a home match today at 10 a.m.
