4. Middle Essex Softball. The Newton Panthers 14A Orange softball team will face the Danvers Falcons tonight at Albemarle Field in Newton (250 Albemarle Road). The game is set to start at 7:45 p.m.

5. Help clean up the Charles! The Charles River Watershed Association to help pull invasive plants from the Charles River. Those who are interested can meet at at 5 p.m.
