Five Things You Need to Know Today: March 25
A free running clinic, a free concert and a free chance to check out the local Y.

1. Open house at the Y. The is hosting an open house weekend this weekend where you can try out the Y for free. Those looking to try out a class, take a dip in the pool or go for a run on the track can do so at no cost. The Y is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
2. Free running clinic. The will offer today for kids ages 8-18. The free clinic will help prepare the kids for the April 15 , which will benefit the Newton Boys and Girls Club. Preregistration is not required for the clinic, which will last approximately 90 minutes and starts at 2 p.m.
3. Free concert. The will host another free Sunday afternoon concert today starting at 2 p.m. Today's concert will feature violinist Katalin Viszmeg and pianist Pi-Hsun Shih, who will play a wide variety of folk music, ethnic music and avant-garde.

4. JCC All-Camp Fair. Looking for a summer camp? Stop by the today to check out what they have to offer. The All-Camp Fair will run from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
5. Restaurant week. Have you had a chance to sample the restaurant week menus here in Newton and Chestnut Hill? . This is the second and last week of Winter Restaurant Week.
