An open house tour of the new Parks & Rec building, Mom's Night Out in Chestnut Hill and a local Shakespeare production.

1. Twelfth Night. The Newton North/Newton South annual Shakespeare production will hit the stage tonight in 's Little Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for Twelfth Night are $8 and available for purchase online. Friday and Saturday night's shows are already sold out, so get your tickets for tonight fast or call a friend who may have an extra seat.
2. Parks & Recreation Open House. The city's will hold an open house today at its new facility on Vernon Street in Newton Corner (former Newton Corner Library). The open house will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
3. Mom's Night Out. Need a break from the kids? The will host a free "Mom's Night Out" tonight from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Local vendors will provide food, fun, giveaways, entertainment and more. The event is designed to pamper those busy moms who don't always have "me time."

4. Have you voted? This week's Readers' Choice poll is looking for your favorite (outdoor) hidden gem in Newton. Do you prefer Hemlock Gorge? Houghton Garden? The Cochituate Aqueduct trails? The poll ends tomorrow at 9 a.m.
5. Annual golf tournament. In an email sent Tuesday, Executive Director David Sellers noted that there are only eight spots left for the club's annual golf tournament, which will be held at the on Mon., May 21 at noon.
