2. Memorial Bike Ride. The Christina Clarke Genco Foundation will host a Mother's Day Memorial Bike Ride today, kicking off at . There are four different routes, ranging from 3.4 miles to 68 miles, all off which start and end in Newton. According to the Newton Police, there will not be any road closures for the ride, but drivers should be aware of the bikers on the road. .

3. Kids FunFEST day two. The city will host the second day of its annual today at  from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The day will include amusement rides, food, face painting and dance demonstrations with All That Jazz Dance Studio. Admission is free.

4. Lasell College commencement. will hold its commencement ceremony today starting at 11 a.m. . The ceremonies will be held on Taylor Field but you can catch it online if you can't make it in person.

5. Walden Chamber Players. The Walden Chamber Players will perform today at the starting at 4 p.m. The concert, which is titled "Music from the Underworld," will include works by Pergolesi, Stravinsky, Tartini and Schubert. Tickets are $15.
