Local music, the Newton Conservators tour the aqueducts and the Walk for Hunger passes through town.

1. Walk for Hunger. Project Bread's will pass through Newton today on the 20-mile route through the Boston area. More than 40,000 people will participate, so today in the area. Good luck to all those participating!
2. Newton Conservators walk. The Newton Conservators will meet at this morning at 10 a.m. for some Garlic Mustard pulling. Then, at 2 p.m. there will be a tour of the Cochituate Aqueducts. Those who are interested can meet at the Duncklee Road entrance, at the Newton Highlands side of the park.
3. Newton Family Singers. The Newton Family Singers during a concert today at . The concert starts at 4 p.m. and tickets are $8.
